Supervises and performs preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety corrections across hotel building systems and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety, refrigeration, pool, kitchen, laundry, and lighting systems; coordinating contractors; obtaining bids; ordering supplies; submitting work orders; and maintaining safe, clean workspaces.

Performs building maintenance and preventative maintenance activities, completes work orders, and ensures fire and safety inspections are addressed. Coordinates with vendors and suppliers regarding repairs, materials, pricing, and bids.
