Supervise and perform maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, refrigeration, kitchen, pool, laundry, lighting). Complete preventative maintenance, safety inspections, work orders, vendor orders, and contractor coordination. Ensure safety compliance, training completion, and maintain clean professional workspaces.

Drive group and corporate business by prospecting, conducting property tours, negotiating room and function contracts, recording activities in Sales Pro, forecasting bookings, participating in revenue and networking events, supporting the sales team and F&B, and serving as Manager on Duty as needed.

Transports guests and assists with baggage to/from the hotel, airport, or other locations. Drives and parks safely, maintains required licenses in vehicle, keeps van clean, secures and tags luggage, provides local directions and promotes hotel services, responds to guest requests/complaints, maintains hotel entrance presentation, and performs houseman/security duties as assigned.
