Provide safe, courteous transport and baggage assistance for guests to/from the hotel and airport. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and required driving documents, follow hotel driving policies, secure and tag luggage, keep hotel entrances presentable, handle guest requests/complaints professionally, and perform occasional houseman and security duties as assigned.

Transports hotel guests and their baggage to/from airports and local destinations; assists with loading/unloading; maintains vehicle cleanliness and documentation; enforces passenger safety; reports accidents/damage; provides directions and promotes hotel services; manages guest packages and follows company policies.

Oversee hotel building maintenance and safety; manage preventative maintenance and work orders; supervise, hire, train, and evaluate engineering staff; maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen, pool, lighting, laundry, and fire/life safety systems; manage vendors, procure supplies, and perform skilled repairs.
