The role manages job postings, interviews, background checks, new-hire setup, ADP updates, employee changes, and HR communications while developing broad HR generalist experience. Occasional travel between Austin and Bastrop may be required.

Provide high-volume, multi-channel customer support for patients, caregivers, and prescribers: answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, process orders, resolve escalations, maintain records, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant order fulfillment.

Lead marketing strategy, brand awareness, patient acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and go-to-market initiatives. Build and manage marketing and physician relationship teams, physician pipelines, onboarding and retention programs, education materials, and engagement events. Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, compliance considerations, and AI-driven workflow optimization in a highly regulated medical cannabis industry.

Supports recruiting and learning and development activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, training coordination, LMS administration, HR project tracking, reporting, and employee engagement events. The intern also provides general HR administrative support, maintains confidential records, and works across Austin and Bastrop, Texas locations.

Lead the companys end-to-end regulatory compliance program for medical cannabis, act as primary interface with DPS (and DEA upon registration), prevent diversion, oversee audits, corrective actions, recordkeeping, and physical security standards, lead investigations, build compliance function, train staff, and report KPIs to executive leadership.
