Supports recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits, compliance, reporting, employee inquiries, engagement initiatives, training coordination, and general HR projects across Texas locations. The role manages job postings, interviews, background checks, new-hire setup, ADP updates, employee changes, and HR communications while developing broad HR generalist experience. Occasional travel between Austin and Bastrop may be required.

Provide high-volume, multi-channel customer support for patients, caregivers, and prescribers: answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, process orders, resolve escalations, maintain records, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant order fulfillment.

Lead marketing strategy, brand awareness, patient acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and go-to-market initiatives. Build and manage marketing and physician relationship teams, physician pipelines, onboarding and retention programs, education materials, and engagement events. Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, compliance considerations, and AI-driven workflow optimization in a highly regulated medical cannabis industry.
