Manages the IT team, service delivery, incident response, ITSM processes, vendor coordination, technology deployments, documentation, and operational improvements. Provides escalation leadership for business-critical systems, supports infrastructure and applications, and partners with property and corporate stakeholders to maintain reliable technology services in a 24-hour environment.

Manage general ledgers, sub-ledgers, multi-company accounting, financial statements, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close processes, and shared services functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Conduct financial analysis, support budgets and forecasts, assist with audits, improve accounting processes, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations.

Leads enterprise technology strategy and operations across convenience, gaming, hospitality, retail, and resort-casino environments. Oversees infrastructure, applications, networks, cybersecurity, data, integrations, resilience, compliance, governance, vendors, budgeting, and digital transformation. Builds and develops the IT organization, manages enterprise technology risk and continuity, and advises executives and business leaders on investments, operational performance, regulatory obligations, guest experience, and scalable growth.
