Leads Starbucks store shifts, coaches and guides baristas, ensures quality customer service and beverage preparation, handles cash and safety procedures, delegates tasks, and maintains store operating standards in a fast-paced environment.

Maintains accurate accounting records through journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and month-end and year-end close support. Handles accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, depreciation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Investigates discrepancies, supports audits, ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, and contributes to accounting process improvements. The role collaborates with internal teams and auditors and has no supervisory or travel requirements.

Leads external financial reporting, consolidated statements, year-end audits, loan compliance, tax coordination, and technical accounting. Partners with auditors, tax CPAs, legal teams, executives, lenders, and accounting staff to ensure accurate, timely reporting. Researches accounting standards, documents complex accounting conclusions, prepares disclosures and memoranda, and drives improvements to internal and external reporting processes.
