Build and manage relationships with agricultural growers, resellers, and industry partners across Central Illinois and western Indiana. Prospect for new customers, conduct in-person meetings, present technology-driven farming solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Maintain account documentation in CRM and other company systems, collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, sales, and product teams, and provide customer feedback to support forecasting and product development. The role requires extensive territory travel and agricultural industry expertise.

Own post-sale customer engagement for TerraClear growers: onboard, train, monitor usage, drive satisfaction, retention, upsell and cross-sell. Serve as primary customer contact, conduct reviews, analyze customer data, and relay feedback to internal teams to improve product success.

The Senior Robotics Engineer will develop advanced robotics systems for agriculture, collaborating on design, testing, and research to enhance autonomous technology.

The Regional Account Manager will build relationships with growers and resellers, drive revenue growth, and promote TerraClear's agricultural technology solutions in a field-based role.
