Process contracts end-to-end using workflow databases and OCR: intake, extract, analyze, update rate tables and ordering references, ensure accurate data transfer, maintain systems, coordinate with clients and team, and uphold quality and SLA standards.

Analyze telecom data sources (quotes, orders, invoices, provisioning systems) to identify disconnected circuits, manage findings lifecycle, validate vendor responses and credits, and use tools like KNIME and Business Objects. Develop SME knowledge of client systems and apply audit principles, pattern recognition, and cross-referencing to resolve disputes.

Audit and analyze telecom client invoice data to find billing discrepancies, apply audit methodologies, review contracts/tariffs, use industry databases and tools, document claims, and support reconciliation and vendor interactions to resolve disputes.

Perform end-to-end RAN planning and optimization across 2G/3G/4G/5G: greenfield planning, coverage and capacity design, propagation model calibration, cell design, parameter planning, spectrum reframing, KPI optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

Deploy, maintain, and optimize a private cloud environment. Ensure high availability and performance of OpenStack, Docker, and Kubernetes. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues and support containerized workloads while collaborating with teams on platform operations.

Analyze client revenue, orders, invoices and contracts to detect under-billing and recover lost revenue. Use TEOCO tool and other data sources to create audit reports, validate findings with stakeholders, document work, and meet monthly and yearly recovery targets while managing client communications.

Design, develop, test, and deploy database-driven web and service applications using .NET/ASP.NET/C#. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, build RESTful services and web UIs (HTML5/CSS/JS/jQuery), perform unit testing, lead design/code reviews, and work on Agile/Scrum teams across projects.

Analyze telecom invoices to identify billing discrepancies and cost savings, upload claims into TEOCO systems, validate findings against contracts/tariffs, support client communications, and maintain KPI-aligned reporting using analytical tools.

Analyze telecom invoice data to identify vendor overbillings, perform contract and tariff review, cross-reference multiple data sources, document findings in spreadsheets and Claim Center, support reconciliation and client calls, and use analytical tools (Excel, Access, KNIME, Business Objects).

Validate telecom software through requirement analysis, manual test case design and execution, defect logging and root-cause analysis. Perform feature, regression and sanity testing, collaborate with developers, and ensure high-quality releases.
