Analyzes telecommunications revenue, billing, ordering, provisioning, invoice, and contract data to identify revenue leakage and under-billing. Performs audits, validates discrepancies, quantifies financial impact, coordinates billing corrections with clients, tracks recovery opportunities, and prepares reports for technical and business stakeholders.

Own the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of production platforms supporting performance management, configuration management, revenue assurance, and analytics. Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, manage deployments and upgrades, administer Docker environments, maintain backups, conduct release testing, enforce operational standards, and produce performance reports. Partner with engineering teams to automate processes and improve platform stability at scale.

Processes and audits utility invoices, validates billing and service changes, investigates exceptions, manages supplier disputes, reconciles balances and credits, and supports client requests. The role requires expertise in client inventory systems, supplier billing portals, utility site and meter identification, Business Objects reporting, Excel, invoice reconciliation, and financial data accuracy.
