Own the full e-commerce click-to-purchase funnel, including landing pages, product discovery, personalization, pricing, promotions, upsells, cart, and checkout. Lead experimentation and use analytics, AI, and customer insights to improve conversion, AOV, revenue, and profitability. Partners with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with global business growth, modernize architecture, improve automation and observability, and develop AI-powered products and workflows.

Owns end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of Meta paid social campaigns. Manages additional activity across TikTok, Pinterest, and Taboola; runs A/B tests; analyzes performance data; reports actionable insights; tests audiences and creative formats; identifies growth opportunities; and collaborates with creative, retention, and site teams to improve campaign and user experience performance.

The Corporate Controller oversees financial operations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and managing risks while supporting strategic goals.

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries; process purchase invoices and import documentation; manage supplier relationships and domestic/international payments; handle company credit card transactions, petty cash, card index, and transaction records; collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial operations.
