Industry: Industrial / Manufacturing
Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks: accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Manage supplier relationships, both locally and internationally
- Process purchase invoices and handle all related import documentation
- Coordinate and execute supplier payments (domestic and international)
- Oversee card index management and maintain organized transaction records
- Manage company credit card transactions and petty cash handling
- Conduct regular banking activities and reconciliations
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
- Certified Bookkeeper Level 2 or higher
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an international or industrial company
- Experience in customs clearance and inventory management
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- High level of proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Strong command of ERP systems SAP B1 – advantage
Skills Required
- Certified Bookkeeper Level 2 or higher
- 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience
- Experience with customs clearance
