Develop and grow channel partners across the DACH region through co-selling, enablement, and direct engagement. Build executive relationships, identify industry growth opportunities, manage pipeline and forecasts, meet sales targets, and act as a trusted advisor for Tencent Cloud and AI solutions to accelerate partner-led revenue.

Lead business development for game products across Turkey and Eastern Europe: identify and build strategic partner relationships, propose and negotiate deals, manage contract execution, plan localization, and implement on-the-ground publishing and live-ops partnerships.

This role involves building release platforms for high availability, understanding overseas publishing pain points, and evaluating AI application scenarios.
