Manages airline relationships, negotiates and oversees interline agreements, ensures regulatory and operational compliance, collaborates across internal teams, resolves partnership issues, and analyzes market trends to optimize network partnerships and commercial value.

Leads regional air cargo sales strategy, revenue growth, capacity utilization, rate negotiations, customer acquisition, and commercial operations. Oversees regulatory compliance, dangerous goods requirements, export documentation, customs coordination, and shipment escalations. Lead and build a pricing team to manage air cargo pricing, yield forecasting, AWB audits, surcharge management, and rate lifecycle updates. Drive revenue integrity, implement corrective pricing, sync costs to charges, benchmark market rates, and collaborate with finance, tech, and product teams to automate reporting and protect margins.

Own the commercial performance and lifecycle of customer contracts, including capacity planning, pricing terms, renewals, billing accuracy, rate uploads, approvals, reporting, and process improvements. Oversees airline alliances, interline agreements, block space allocations, partner standards, contract and rate accuracy, performance reporting, and cross-functional issue resolution. Manages and mentors capacity leaders while driving innovations such as automated forecasting, predictive utilization modeling, and digital partner onboarding.

Finance intern supporting Record to Report operations, including journal entries, month-end close, general ledger posting, account and bank reconciliations, intercompany settlements, fixed asset registers, reporting, audit documentation, and process improvements. Own HR business partnering for Tech, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and CEO Office populations. Manage employee relations cases, performance and calibration cycles, lifecycle processes, compensation decisions, documentation, reporting, headcount reconciliation, and IPO readiness. Advise managers on sensitive people matters, ensure compliance with Malaysian employment law, and maintain audit-ready records and evidence.

Lead industry-focused communications to raise Teleport's brand and executive profiles. Develop messaging frameworks, craft keynote and thought-leadership content, coach spokespeople, curate platforms, coordinate cross-functional awareness campaigns, and design crisis communication policy and playbooks. Own execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
