Manages regional power and fibre engineering operations for fixed and mobile networks. Oversees SLA and KPI performance, work allocation, network readiness, fibre backbone deployment, exchange and data centre maintenance, outsourced vendor operations, incident restoration, change management, stakeholder coordination, and health and safety compliance.

Owns revenue, distribution, subscriber acquisition, and churn-reduction performance across an assigned geographic zone. The manager implements sales strategies, oversees airtime and T. Cash distribution KPIs, develops acquisition channels, works with distributors, agents, freelancers, and retailers, trains agents, manages Area Account Developers, and executes local trade marketing campaigns, activations, and promotions.

Manage Oracle and MS SQL database platforms across Telecel Ghana. Provide L1/L2/L3 support, oversee testing, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, clustering, backups/restores, resolve escalations, develop business cases, and coordinate with vendors and IT leadership.

Manage pricing across Telecel Ghana27s product portfolio: set price points, analyze market and product performance, manage post-launch pricing lifecycle, develop initiatives with Finance and Technology, gather market intelligence, track daily KPIs, produce pricing dashboards and business cases to drive ARPU and customer growth.

Manages enterprise client accounts by identifying new revenue opportunities, developing account growth plans, maintaining consultative sales pipelines, and building C-suite relationships. The role tracks performance against targets, delivers tailored telecommunications and technology solutions, ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates internal and external partners, and uses UNIK-CRM to improve account management.

Leads Telecel Ghana’s direct and indirect tax functions, including statutory filings, GRA audits, dispute resolution, tax planning, transfer pricing, tax provisions, deferred tax, and forecasting. Monitors Ghanaian tax legislation and telecommunications-sector impacts, advises the Finance Director, and manages and develops the tax team while maintaining regulatory compliance and optimizing the company’s tax position.

Manages distributors, agents, retailers, freelancers, and Area Account Developers while driving airtime sales, SIM activations, T. Cash KPIs, and acquisition targets. Lead end-to-end incident response: triage, investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, and forensics. Perform malware analysis, threat hunting using MITRE ATT&CK, tune SIEM detections, integrate threat intelligence, produce post-incident reports, and collaborate across teams to improve security posture.

Monitor, test, and validate security controls; identify gaps and drive remediation; maintain control frameworks (NIST/ISO/CIS); deploy and configure SIEM/SOAR/EDR/DLP; support incident response; perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing; secure multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP); audit and report control effectiveness; deliver training and continuous improvement.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security solutions across network, system, and application layers. Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, secure SDLC integration, incident response, compliance, automation, and security monitoring to reduce risk and support business objectives.

Monitor, manage, and optimize security controls across endpoints, networks, and cloud. Operate SIEM and threat intelligence platforms, enforce DLP and data classification, enhance email/web filtering, run vulnerability scans and penetration tests, deploy patches, generate control effectiveness reports, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and incident response.

Lead revenue assurance across prepaid, postpaid, ADSL, roaming, and content. Monitor KPIs, design automated dashboards and alarms, perform root-cause analysis of revenue leakages, quantify impacts, and drive cross-functional remediation and control implementation to protect revenues, costs, and margins.

Lead supply chain strategy and execution across procurement, category management, logistics, contract lifecycle, and vendor performance. Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance (including GDPR), master data governance, and talent development while advising executive leadership and the Board.

Manage end-to-end order-to-cash and commercial reporting for Telecel Ghana (excluding postpaid/wholesale). Oversee order verification, billing, payment posting, reconciliations, deferred revenue movements, bad debt provisioning, commission accruals, and partnerships with credit & collections. Ensure accurate accounting, cost-effectiveness, and compliance; lead Telecel Foundation audit management and deliver strategic financial reporting and controls.

Manage and support Telecel Ghana's WAN, LAN and MAN network infrastructure, design and deploy complex network projects, maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and Wi‑Fi, ensure IP‑MPLS connectivity and network security, and provide technical leadership for network standards and upgrades.

Lead operation and improvement of IN, VAS, and billing platforms to ensure high availability, billing accuracy, revenue assurance, customer experience, incident management, platform modernization (cloud/containerization), AI ops initiatives, vendor/stakeholder management, budgeting, and team leadership.

Provide strategic legal leadership to the Executive Team and Board, overseeing legal, M&A, regulatory, governance, compliance, and risk. Lead commercial negotiations, regulatory compliance (telecom, banking, AML/CFT, data protection), manage litigation and crises, and develop the Legal team to align with corporate strategy and ethical standards.

Lead Telecel Ghana's AI and digital transformation initiatives, integrating telecom and fintech services to enhance customer experience and unlock new revenue streams.

Lead strategy, growth, and P&L for enterprise and wholesale segments; transform connectivity offerings into solutions-led ICT portfolios (cloud, managed services, IoT, cybersecurity); drive revenue, EBITDA, large-account sales, channels, partnerships, product development, customer experience, and compliance.

Design, architect, and optimize IP/MPLS backbone, transport, and access networks. Perform capacity forecasting, IP addressing, routing policy and QoS planning, ensure security and redundancy, and support integration of IP services and vendor solutions while guiding operations and suppliers.
