Owns Ghanaian direct and indirect tax compliance, planning, reporting, audits, transfer pricing, and tax strategy for Telecel Ghana and subsidiaries. Leads statutory financial reporting, financial controls, reconciliations, tax filings, provisions, forecasting, regulatory monitoring, and Ghana Revenue Authority engagements. The role also manages tax audits and disputes, supports executive finance activities, and mentors the tax team while ensuring compliance with telecommunications-sector regulations.

Leads end-to-end investigations into fraud, corruption, misconduct, theft, financial discrepancies, asset misuse, and policy violations. Responsibilities include assessing allegations, collecting evidence, conducting interviews, preparing reports and witness statements, recommending disciplinary or legal action, coordinating with law enforcement and regulators, conducting background checks, recovering assets, assessing fraud risks, and representing the company in court proceedings.

Leads SME and SOHO sales growth across assigned regions by recruiting and managing sales teams, executing regional sales strategies, driving revenue and commercial KPIs, managing indirect channels, developing market insights, supporting product launches, coordinating customer negotiations, and reporting performance to regional leadership. The role covers mobile, broadband, fixed voice, and data solutions while contributing to go-to-market planning and competitive strategy.
