Leads revenue cycle strategy, billing, collections, and performance improvement across the organization. Supervises regional Billing Managers, optimizes workflows and revenue, develops KPIs and policies, interprets complex payer contracts, and provides operational leadership. Requires extensive healthcare billing and collections experience, management expertise, knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, medical billing regulations, and full revenue cycle operations.

Coordinate development and launch of new behavioral health programs: design clinical programs, build and supervise program teams, conduct orientations, collaborate with start-up staff, corporate departments, and funding/regulatory agencies. Position is independent-contractor, four 8-hour weekday shifts. Requires medical degree, completed psychiatry residency, and active DEA.

Oversee and support business office functions across assigned programs, provide training and auditing for financial policies and procedures, supervise Business Office Managers indirectly, travel regionally for on-site support, ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
