Clinical mental health internship providing direct services (community, 24/7 programs), telehealth and field visits, and indirect duties like progress notes. Interns join multidisciplinary teams, participate in group supervision, weekly trainings (intakes, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention), and complete required online onboarding (HIPAA, compliance). Work focuses on recovery-based treatment for adults with serious mental illness.

Provide psychiatric medical treatment within scope of licensure, lead and communicate with program staff, ensure quality medical practices meeting licensure and payer standards. Part-time (16 hrs/week) telehealth role serving adults with serious mental illness in a Full Service Partnership program.

Provide psychiatric nursing care at a 16-bed mental health rehabilitation center: administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, document client response, participate in treatment planning, monitor client condition, coordinate admissions/discharges, supervise medication counts and MHW activities, and follow safety, recovery, and regulatory procedures.

Provide regional hardware/software and on-site break/fix support, lead small-to-medium IT projects, deliver high-impact solutions, support regional start-ups/moves, and travel frequently within a defined territory to assist end users.

Provide peer-based support to members using lived experience to engage, inspire, and help set recovery goals. Facilitate meaningful conversations, consult with clinical teams to reinforce recovery culture, respond to crises using de-escalation skills, and transport clients as needed. Maintain required peer certification and participate in on-call shifts.

Peer Support Specialists engage and inspire clients, facilitating recovery goals while promoting a Recovery Culture within the organization. They provide critical support and de-escalation skills for emergencies related to mental health and addiction.

Develop annual operational budgets, perform variance analysis and financial modeling for multi-facility programs; partner with program, regional, and corporate leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights to identify growth, address gaps, and manage risks.
