Requires extensive travel across Oregon locations, flexibility for temporary assignments, and participation in an administrative on-call rotation.

Leads behavioral health operations across multiple facilities and counties, driving clinical objectives, quality care, regulatory relationships, financial performance, and organizational goals. Oversees regional planning, program implementation, staff leadership, labor relations, budgets, and operational results. Requires extensive healthcare administration experience, management of multiple sites, a related master’s degree, current CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification, plus a valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
