Leads technical sales cycles for robotic automation solutions, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Builds relationships with industrial customers, supports installed equipment, resolves technical issues, coordinates engineering, quality, and logistics teams, and manages project delivery. Researches robotics technologies, prepares customer presentations, supports sales teams, and contributes to revenue growth. The role requires 30% domestic travel and is based in Carmel, Indiana.

Provides onsite desktop and end-user IT support through phone, email, chat, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots and resolves incidents, manages service tickets and SLAs, escalates issues, supports systems and networks, and maintains strong customer service. Manages IT hardware assets from receipt and provisioning through configuration, repair, return, or destruction. Requires knowledge of Windows, Microsoft client applications, printers, networking, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory. May participate in after-hours on-call support and requires minimal travel.

Coordinates customer orders, inventory, shipments, returns, replacements, quotes, and delivery issue resolution. Communicates with customers and internal teams regarding order status, pricing, availability, backorders, and scheduling. Reviews MRP exceptions, addresses supply-demand discrepancies, supports accounts receivable issue resolution, prepares sales and shipment reports, and contributes to process improvements and IT-related business projects.

Leads the enterprise PMO and governs customer implementations and strategic cross-functional initiatives from contract signature through go-live. Establishes project governance, stage gates, readiness criteria, risk controls, reporting standards, and implementation playbooks across operating companies. Oversees technical program risks involving telecom infrastructure, coordinates Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, and Information Systems, and manages Implementation PMs while providing functional leadership across the broader project management organization.

Communicates with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, late deliveries, invoice issues, and MRP exceptions.
