Manage customer orders from receipt through manufacturing, testing, shipment, and delivery for SMAC. Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and Project teams to maintain production schedules, resolve material shortages, track milestones (FAT, shipment, delivery), prepare reports (backlog, OTD, throughput), and support continuous improvement for on-time, accurate deliveries.

Designs and optimizes manufacturing processes for telecommunications equipment shelters at a startup facility. Responsibilities include developing assembly workflows, work instructions, tooling, quality standards, and build-time targets; leading configuration turnups, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement; coordinating with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and customers; and validating new configurations for repeat production.

Executes marketing campaigns, social media content, internal communications, graphic design, video production, events, and sponsorship activities. Manages social scheduling, creates branded collateral, captures and edits event content, coordinates marketing requests and assets, and tracks project workflows. Partners with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency, meet deadlines, support events, and improve marketing processes.

Provides client, vendor, and internal support throughout the IT asset disposition lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing communications, coordinating pickups and logistics, tracking asset movement, maintaining CRM and project records, reviewing reports, reconciling discrepancies, supporting invoicing and payments, and monitoring workflows. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, customer service, and basic financial-process skills. This is an onsite, non-travel position in Columbus, Ohio.

Serve as strategic liaison between IT and business leaders to document requirements, analyze and redesign processes, lead cross-functional sessions, translate needs into technical specifications, support system implementations, drive change management and user adoption, and monitor continuous process improvements.

Perform on-site and virtual quality audits and inspections of telecom integration builds to verify compliance with drawings and customer specs. Conduct first-article inspections, identify defects, document findings, initiate corrective actions, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Materials, and Suppliers to improve processes, reduce rework, and ensure deployment readiness.

Create, manage, and control QMS documentation (SOPs, work instructions, quality records, certification packages). Support certifications (NEBS, UL, ISO 9001, FCC), document control workflows, FAT documentation, audits, and continuous improvement across telecom and data center operations.

Coordinate day-to-day operational flow across shelter assembly, cable assembly, and network/power testing to meet throughput, quality, and safety goals. Translate demand forecasts into staffing and execution plans, manage escalations, track KPIs, and lead continuous improvement and workspace changes without direct supervisory headcount.
