Lead the manufacturing facility safety program: ensure OSHA compliance, perform inspections and JHAs, lead incident investigations, deliver safety training, partner with operations and engineering to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.

Translate customer engineering packages into manufacturable BOMs and configurations for telecom shelters. Own BOM lifecycle, manage ECOs in ERP/MRP, support customer technical discussions, validate manufacturability, and partner with manufacturing to ensure build readiness and continuous improvement.

Manage customer orders from receipt through manufacturing, testing, shipment, and delivery for SMAC. Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and Project teams to maintain production schedules, resolve material shortages, track milestones (FAT, shipment, delivery), prepare reports (backlog, OTD, throughput), and support continuous improvement for on-time, accurate deliveries.

Serve as strategic liaison between IT and business leaders to document requirements, analyze and redesign processes, lead cross-functional sessions, translate needs into technical specifications, support system implementations, drive change management and user adoption, and monitor continuous process improvements.

Perform on-site and virtual quality audits and inspections of telecom integration builds to verify compliance with drawings and customer specs. Conduct first-article inspections, identify defects, document findings, initiate corrective actions, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Materials, and Suppliers to improve processes, reduce rework, and ensure deployment readiness.
