At Telamon, our mission is to simplify your business. We specialize in providing solutions for telecommunication networks & industrial assembly. Our mission is to be a load bearing support for our customers, employees, shareholders, and community through the concept of H2S2 (Honesty, Simplicity, Harmony, and Stewardship). Telamon is one of the largest private companies in Indiana, with eleven domestic locations in Indiana (2), Illinois, California, Arkansas, Ohio, New Jersey, Kansas, Oklahoma, North Carolina and Missouri, and four international facilities in China (2), Mexico and Macedonia. With several domestic and international locations, Telamon has approximately 2,000 associates. Telamon takes special interest in the local communities in which our employee base is best served. We launched the Telamon Foundation in 2014, which places emphasis on non-profit organizations that specialize in arts and education. We strive to be involved in our local communities as a greater effort to help our communities grow and thrive.
