Executes marketing campaigns, social media content, internal communications, graphic design, video production, events, and sponsorship activities. Manages social scheduling, creates branded collateral, captures and edits event content, coordinates marketing requests and assets, and tracks project workflows. Partners with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency, meet deadlines, support events, and improve marketing processes.

Manage customer orders from receipt through manufacturing, testing, shipment, and delivery for SMAC. Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and Project teams to maintain production schedules, resolve material shortages, track milestones (FAT, shipment, delivery), prepare reports (backlog, OTD, throughput), and support continuous improvement for on-time, accurate deliveries.

Supervise telecom infrastructure shelter assembly operations, ensuring production output, quality, safety, labor efficiency, and adherence to engineering specifications. Assign work, manage staffing and schedules, coach assembly technicians, monitor performance, coordinate materials and workflow, address defects and shortages, and support quality inspections and continuous improvement. The role also maintains training and quality matrices, enforces safety protocols, communicates production risks, and partners with engineering, supply chain, and operations leadership.
