Leads the enterprise PMO and governs customer implementations and strategic cross-functional initiatives from contract signature through go-live. Establishes project governance, stage gates, readiness criteria, risk controls, reporting standards, and implementation playbooks across operating companies. Oversees technical program risks involving telecom infrastructure, coordinates Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, and Information Systems, and manages Implementation PMs while providing functional leadership across the broader project management organization.

Coordinates customer orders, shipments, returns, replacements, inventory availability, backorders, quotes, and delivery schedules. Communicates with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, late deliveries, invoice issues, and MRP exceptions. Prepares shipment and sales reports, supports continuous improvement, collaborates with IT on business projects, and provides backup support for other programs.

Leads production support for ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms while managing application staff, system availability, SLAs, incident response, vendors, change control, testing, analytics, and continuous improvement. Drives the organization’s AI, integration, automation, and business intelligence roadmap, partners with infrastructure and PMO leaders, oversees root-cause resolution, and ensures effective documentation and training. The role includes direct reports, limited travel, and occasional nights or weekends for business-critical support.
