The Financial Analyst prepares and analyzes sales, margin, point-of-sale, accrual, forecasting, SG&A, budgeting, and other financial reports. The role validates data, maintains departmental databases, supports customer deductions and credits, and provides reporting to senior leadership. It collaborates with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, requiring proficiency in Excel and Power BI, familiarity with financial systems, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Leads talent acquisition strategy, roadmap, campus recruiting, employment branding, sourcing, vendor utilization, and recruitment process efficiency. Advises senior HR leadership, builds university relationships, strengthens social media recruiting presence, reduces time to hire, and develops a high-performing talent acquisition team. The role also requires strong planning, communication, relationship-building, and execution skills.

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis, business-case and scenario assessment, profitability and ROI analysis, sales and margin reporting, forecasting support, and executive reporting. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Demand Planning, Accounting, and Finance to improve business performance, financial models, reporting tools, and planning processes. Responsibilities also include supporting month-end close and strategic initiatives.

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the Consumer business through financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, profitability analysis, and category-level P&L variance analysis. They partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management leaders, prepare financial models, develop reporting tools, improve processes, support quarterly financial reviews, and contribute to strategic projects.

Owns Milwaukee Canada’s integrated marketing strategy, Focus Calendar, campaign stories, and 360-degree marketing plans. Coordinates cross-functional teams and agency partners, establishes timelines and deliverables, manages stakeholder accountability, monitors campaign performance, resolves risks, and recommends improvements. Supports annual planning by translating business priorities into actionable marketing programs.

Partners with Product and Marketing leaders to manage category P&Ls, analyze margins, evaluate marketing ROI, and improve profitability. Provides forecasting, scenario analysis, reporting, pricing, portfolio optimization, lifecycle management, and actionable commercial insights. The role also supports process improvements and strategic decision-making across finance, marketing, product, and supply chain.

Lead design, deployment, support, and lifecycle management of end-user devices and software. Provide hands-on Level 1/2 support and escalation for Windows, macOS, mobile and peripherals, manage tickets in Jira, improve standard images/configurations, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, mentor junior analysts, and support deployments onsite as required.

Lead demand forecasting and budgeting with Sales, Product, Channel, and Finance. Improve forecast accuracy, manage promotional planning and inventory alignment, mitigate supply risks, drive process automation and reporting, and collaborate with US supply and customer teams to optimize fill rates and allocations.

Develop SKU-level forecasts with Sales and Channel teams, analyze order trends, support promotions, identify inventory risks, provide S&OP updates, improve forecasting processes and performance metrics, and communicate insights to leadership.

Provide bilingual (French/English) customer support via email and phone; enter and own orders within 24-hour turnaround, ensure pricing and product accuracy, communicate order status and delays, handle ETA/tracking and basic product inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Prepare and analyze monthly sales, margin, POS, and SG&A reports; maintain databases and reporting templates; enter accruals; support budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning; liaise with sales and marketing on customer deductions and credits; deliver ad hoc reporting to support Milwaukee senior leadership.
