The Customer Experience Representative will deliver exceptional service, manage order entries, build relationships with customers, and support order inquiries.

Prepare and analyze monthly sales, margin, POS, and SG&A reports; maintain databases and reporting templates; enter accruals; support budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning; liaise with sales and marketing on customer deductions and credits; deliver ad hoc reporting to support Milwaukee senior leadership.

Lead national PPE strategy and growth with Grainger Canada. Develop sales plans, coordinate product and marketing initiatives, build training and buy plans, manage forecasts, customization orders, stakeholder relationships, and profitability. Represent the company at meetings and trade shows and resolve customer issues.

Develop SKU-level forecasts, analyze demand patterns and promotions, collaborate with Sales/Channel/Supply, perform root-cause analysis, communicate inventory risks, and improve S&OP processes and forecast accuracy.

The JSS Territory Manager drives brand awareness and market share by developing partnerships, managing sales activities, and executing plans with Heavy Duty Partners.
