Coordinates integrated campaigns, launches, advertising assets, media and agency relationships, branded merchandise, budgets, and vendor payments. Conducts market and competitive research, monitors campaign performance, prepares stakeholder updates, and recommends optimization opportunities. The role collaborates cross-functionally to strengthen brand awareness, support commercialization, engage customers, and drive business growth.

Provides bilingual customer and sales-team support through accurate order entry, order tracking, product and pricing inquiries, inventory and shipping updates, and email and phone assistance. The role maintains precise product and pricing information, meets a 24-hour order turnaround, builds customer relationships, and collaborates on cross-functional tasks. Fluency in French and English, customer service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and postsecondary education are required.
