Territory Representative will execute field marketing and conversion plans with distribution partners to grow Milwaukee brand and POS sales. Responsibilities include building partner relationships, hitting targets, tracking metrics, product/application expertise across product lines, operating within budgets, and collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams. Role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory.

Provide bilingual (French/English) customer support via email and phone; enter and own orders within 24-hour turnaround, ensure pricing and product accuracy, communicate order status and delays, handle ETA/tracking and basic product inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Lead national digital marketing and advertising strategy for Milwaukee Tool Canada. Own paid, owned and earned channels, manage digital budgets and KPIs, collaborate with global teams, oversee agencies, leverage analytics to drive awareness, conversion and revenue, and mentor the digital team.
