Support daily PAM, DAM, and IAM operations, including dashboard monitoring, access provisioning, privileged account and password vault administration, ticket handling, initial troubleshooting, and escalation. Assist with privileged session monitoring, audits, access reviews, reporting, documentation, and vendor coordination. The role follows SOPs, security policies, and change-management procedures in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Monitors and triages security alerts across SIEM, EDR, firewall, IDS/IPS, and other tools. Leads 24/7 Security Operations Center activities, managing L1-L3 analysts and threat hunters. Oversees threat detection, incident response, investigations, root-cause analysis, SOC tools, playbooks, detection rules, automation, log integrations, compliance, vulnerability management, and threat-hunting exercises. The role handles critical incidents, optimizes security architecture, manages vendor escalations, and supports endpoint and privileged-access security operations.

Generates and qualifies leads through telephone, cold calling, and digital platforms; maintains customer databases; creates campaigns and proposals; follows up on orders; processes opportunities below INR 500,000; and develops enterprise relationships with CXOs, procurement leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires techno-commercial sales skills, account planning, opportunity management, target achievement, negotiation, and knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, and data center solutions.

Supports enterprise firewall and network security operations through dashboard monitoring, basic troubleshooting, incident triage, ticket handling, VPN monitoring, firewall rule implementation, backups, documentation, and escalation to L2/L3 teams. Works with SOC, network operations, infrastructure, service desk, and OEM TAC teams while following security SOPs and change management processes. The role includes 24/7 rotational shift coverage.

Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents involving malware, data exfiltration, privilege abuse, and advanced persistent threats. Collect and analyze digital evidence from endpoints, servers, cloud, email, and mobile devices using forensic tools. Perform malware analysis, reverse engineering, IOC development, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping. Coordinate with IT, SOC, Legal, Risk, and compliance stakeholders, maintain chain of custody, produce investigation reports, support eDiscovery, and improve detection controls and SOC procedures.

The engineer will work with firewalls, routers, switches, SD-WAN, load balancers, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools.
