Operate, administer, troubleshoot, and improve enterprise security infrastructure spanning firewalls, EDR, PAM/IAM, DAM, WAF, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, and micro-segmentation. Responsibilities include incident response, threat hunting, malware analysis, policy optimization, integrations, upgrades, RCA, automation, governance, audits, and technical leadership. The role supports enterprise and cloud environments in a 24/7 rotational or on-call model and requires coordination with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, audit, and vendor teams.

Support daily PAM, DAM, and IAM operations, including dashboard monitoring, access provisioning, privileged account and password vault administration, ticket handling, initial troubleshooting, and escalation. Assist with privileged session monitoring, audits, access reviews, reporting, documentation, and vendor coordination. The role follows SOPs, security policies, and change-management procedures in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Administer and support enterprise endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and PAM platforms in a 24/7 SOC environment. Responsibilities include alert triage, incident escalation, threat hunting, malware investigation, root-cause analysis, agent deployment, policy governance, platform upgrades, integrations, compliance support, documentation, automation, and mentoring L1/L2 engineers. The role handles critical incidents, optimizes security architecture, manages vendor escalations, and supports endpoint and privileged-access security operations.

Supports enterprise firewall and network security operations through dashboard monitoring, basic troubleshooting, incident triage, ticket handling, VPN monitoring, firewall rule implementation, backups, documentation, and escalation to L2/L3 teams. Works with SOC, network operations, infrastructure, service desk, and OEM TAC teams while following security SOPs and change management processes. The role includes 24/7 rotational shift coverage.
