Operate, administer, troubleshoot, and improve enterprise security infrastructure spanning firewalls, EDR, PAM/IAM, DAM, WAF, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, and micro-segmentation. Responsibilities include incident response, threat hunting, malware analysis, policy optimization, integrations, upgrades, RCA, automation, governance, audits, and technical leadership. The role supports enterprise and cloud environments in a 24/7 rotational or on-call model and requires coordination with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, audit, and vendor teams.

Support daily PAM, DAM, and IAM operations, including dashboard monitoring, access provisioning, privileged account and password vault administration, ticket handling, initial troubleshooting, and escalation. Assist with privileged session monitoring, audits, access reviews, reporting, documentation, and vendor coordination. The role follows SOPs, security policies, and change-management procedures in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Monitors and triages security alerts across SIEM, EDR, firewall, IDS/IPS, and other tools. Performs initial incident analysis, escalates confirmed threats, documents investigations, follows playbooks, supports threat intelligence and vulnerability scanning, checks security tool health, and reports on incidents. The role requires collaboration with SOC and IT teams in a 24x7 shift environment.
