Drive sales strategy and commercial activities in Malaysia while supporting business development in Vietnam and the Philippines. Build automotive aftermarket customer relationships, achieve sales targets, identify opportunities, coordinate internal teams, maintain CRM data, support customer projects, and manage industry events and customer visits across Southeast Asia.

Drive commercial operational excellence across EMEA by analyzing and optimizing processes using Value Stream Mapping, Lean, and Six Sigma. Standardize workflows, identify inefficiencies, develop scalable improvements, monitor KPIs, support sales tool adoption, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and share best practices across Business Focus Teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, and process effectiveness.

Owns the lifecycle and value delivery of an order-related product or project. Responsibilities include representing stakeholders, defining and prioritizing the product backlog, developing user stories, maintaining product vision and roadmaps, evaluating agile increments, coordinating development suppliers, clarifying requirements, and supporting China regulatory compliance with the security team.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and operate the CIM master data platform. Implement cloud-native backend services and APIs on AWS, build IaC with Terraform and Serverless Framework, apply secure coding and SOLID principles, and collaborate with product owners and global teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Own TecAlliance’s global content strategy, messaging frameworks, editorial calendar, and integrated marketing campaigns. Create and manage articles, case studies, thought leadership, social media, and email content across digital and offline channels. Coordinate global and regional marketing execution, align stakeholders, strengthen brand positioning, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, regional teams, and external partners. The role is full-time and remote or office-based within the Netherlands.

Own end-to-end production planning for the Data Factory, align Requirement Engineering and Production, optimize capacity and processes, implement planning tools and KPIs, ensure transparency and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Lead internal audits and end-to-end process assessments to ensure efficiency, ISO 9001 compliance, and continuous improvement. Model and document processes in tooling (e.g., Stages), track findings and corrective actions, prepare reports and KPIs, and support tooling transitions while engaging stakeholders across the business.

Provide phone, email, and ticket-based technical support to workshops; diagnose and resolve issues on passenger and commercial vehicles across ICE, hybrid, and electric powertrains; document solutions; collaborate with internal teams; design and deliver internal technical training; and maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle technologies (CAN/LIN, ECU networking, ADAS, e-mobility).

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain scalable software solutions in an Agile team; participate in code reviews, support reliability and performance improvements, and collaborate with international teams.

Translate TecAlliance business problems into production-ready AI solutions: define use cases, prototype with ML/LLM components, iterate with stakeholders, and hand over to production while documenting and scaling best practices.

Clean, analyze, and standardize automotive parts data using Excel and in-house tools. Validate results, log outcomes in a ticketing system, and communicate updates to clients to ensure high-quality cataloging and product data management.
