Own end-to-end production planning for the Data Factory, align Requirement Engineering and Production, optimize capacity and processes, implement planning tools and KPIs, ensure transparency and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Lead internal audits and end-to-end process assessments to ensure efficiency, ISO 9001 compliance, and continuous improvement. Model and document processes in tooling (e.g., Stages), track findings and corrective actions, prepare reports and KPIs, and support tooling transitions while engaging stakeholders across the business.

Provide phone, email, and ticket-based technical support to workshops; diagnose and resolve issues on passenger and commercial vehicles across ICE, hybrid, and electric powertrains; document solutions; collaborate with internal teams; design and deliver internal technical training; and maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle technologies (CAN/LIN, ECU networking, ADAS, e-mobility).
