Build automotive aftermarket customer relationships, achieve sales targets, identify opportunities, coordinate internal teams, maintain CRM data, support customer projects, and manage industry events and customer visits across Southeast Asia.

Drive commercial operational excellence across EMEA by analyzing and optimizing processes using Value Stream Mapping, Lean, and Six Sigma. Standardize workflows, identify inefficiencies, develop scalable improvements, monitor KPIs, support sales tool adoption, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and share best practices across Business Focus Teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, and process effectiveness.

Owns the lifecycle and value delivery of an order-related product or project. Responsibilities include representing stakeholders, defining and prioritizing the product backlog, developing user stories, maintaining product vision and roadmaps, evaluating agile increments, coordinating development suppliers, clarifying requirements, and supporting China regulatory compliance with the security team.
