Develop and execute influencer, social media, content, and brand marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include creator outreach and relationship management, content calendars, community engagement, on-camera content, basic social editing, campaign performance tracking, cross-functional project coordination, vendor management, and managing timelines and budgets.

Own inbound and outbound sales conversations, convert qualified leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive repeat customer purchases. Track metrics such as repeat rate, customer lifetime value, and monthly revenue growth. Experiment with outreach and conversion strategies, identify customer insights, collaborate with Marketing, support engagement initiatives, achieve sales targets, and help build scalable sales processes for corporate gifting.

Creates visual designs and marketing collateral including emailers, inserts, brochures, catalogs, packaging, and other online and offline materials. Ensures creative work follows Teabox brand guidelines, manages multiple assignments and deadlines, contributes creative ideas, and applies strong design fundamentals, visual storytelling, and generative AI tools.

Create conversion-driven video ads and campaign content using editing, motion graphics, visual effects, sound design, color grading, and platform optimization. Manage creative assets, produce images and thumbnails, and collaborate with creative teams to align content with campaign goals. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, plus strong storytelling, design, and video production skills.

Own end-to-end logistics operations across seven warehouses and international markets. Responsibilities include shipment tracking, courier escalations, order exceptions, Unicommerce operations, customer delivery issue resolution, courier performance reviews, process improvement, and automation using logistics platforms, AI, and spreadsheets.

Monitors quality, food safety, GMP/GHP, and process compliance at third-party manufacturing and packing facilities. Conducts inspections and in-process checks, verifies raw materials and packaging, manages traceability and stock rotation, documents deviations and NCRs, supports RCA and CAPA, maintains quality records, assists audits, investigates complaints, and drives corrective actions with manufacturing partners. The role requires frequent field visits across Siliguri.
