Manage tea and related raw-material procurement, sourcing, supplier relationships, inventory availability, vendor performance, quality compliance, and cost tracking. The role supports strategic sourcing, demand-supply alignment, assortment optimization, traceability, and continuous process improvement while collaborating with Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, Operations, and Finance teams.

Manage end-to-end influencer and agency partnerships, including collaborator discovery, relationship building, commercial negotiations, campaign briefing, stakeholder coordination, approvals, deliverable tracking, and timely execution. The role maintains partner pipelines, evaluates audience and content fit, resolves campaign bottlenecks, and supports brand growth through creator collaborations across consumer and lifestyle markets.

Serve as the on-camera face of Teabox across Reels, advertisements, and brand content. Deliver compelling hooks quickly, bring scripts to life, contribute original content ideas, adapt tone and scripts during shoots, and complete repeated takes confidently. The role requires strong Hindi and English communication, camera comfort, creative awareness, and full-time in-house availability in a collaborative environment.
