Manage government contract administration for a federal training program: track milestones and budgets, prepare contract modifications, coordinate with COR and internal teams, verify deliverables, and provide daily operational oversight for training environments.

Develop, maintain, and deploy SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning and web applications; translate instructional designs into interactive courses; integrate multimedia; ensure accessibility (Section 508/WCAG) and secure coding; test/stage/deploy across platforms; provide technical support and documentation; advise instructional staff and serve as SME. Must work onsite and hold current SECRET clearance.

Design, develop, and maintain web-based and instructor-led training for a federal/defense client using the ADDIE model. Conduct training needs analyses, create storyboards and assessments, map curriculum to standards (DS3), perform QA and beta testing, update LMS courseware (Moodle, Blackboard, Adobe Connect), and lead instructional development projects while supporting client partnerships.

Requires delivering actionable feedback, supporting curriculum quality, and working a demanding six-day week for the assignment duration.
