Must work onsite and hold current SECRET clearance.

Conduct training needs analyses, create storyboards and assessments, map curriculum to standards (DS3), perform QA and beta testing, update LMS courseware (Moodle, Blackboard, Adobe Connect), and lead instructional development projects while supporting client partnerships.
