Oversee daily contract operations, contractor supervision, government liaison activities, staffing continuity, deliverable submissions, scheduling, performance management, and compliance across Quantico and Landover sites. Ensure training mission priorities are coordinated, contractual deadlines are met, personnel maintain required security and SCIF protocols, and operational risks are promptly addressed.

Designs and modernizes USPTO training curricula by creating storyboards, scripts, and interactive assessments for 25 eLearning modules. Translates complex technical, legal, and regulatory documents into clear course flows while collaborating with development teams. The role is fully remote, supports a federal client, and is contingent on contract award.

Leads modernization of the USPTO training curriculum by analyzing 125 courses, consulting with subject-matter experts, revising pedagogy, and creating an overall curriculum blueprint. The role requires expertise in instructional design, adult learning, gamification, AI-assisted instruction, classroom technology, and federal contracting. The position is fully remote and contingent on contract award.
