Evaluates web applications, ICT deliverables, and digital learning products for Section 508 and WCAG compliance. Performs manual and automated accessibility testing using DHS Trusted Tester methods and reporting tools, documents defects and non-conformance, generates standardized reports, and provides remediation guidance while collaborating with developers, instructional designers, and project managers.

Reviews, edits, rewrites, and organizes technical materials for a federal client. Ensures communications, web content, and technical documentation follow plain-language, active-voice, formatting, and style standards. Adapts tone and structure for diverse audiences, technical comprehension levels, and sensitivity requirements while improving clarity, concision, accessibility, and consistency.

Serve as the senior technical authority for Section 508 compliance, accessibility governance, and ICT quality assurance. Conduct high-level web and electronic document testing, review Trusted Tester results, remediate complex documents and forms, evaluate VPATs and ACRs, advise project teams and leadership on accessibility risks throughout the SDLC, support acquisition activities, and provide backup to the Government Section 508 Program.
