Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive asset-forfeiture training program using the ADDIE model. Manage a curriculum of five courses (25–30 modules each), create classroom and virtual instruction, facilitate training, and track enrollment via MS Teams/Webex and an LMS. Use Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project for course materials, process maps, and timelines. Position is full-time onsite in Arlington and requires Public Trust clearance.

Create role-based, performance-oriented classroom and virtual instruction using blended learning, simulations, microlearning, and workshops; manage enrollment and delivery via MS Teams/Webex and LMS; ensure alignment with legal, financial, and lifecycle requirements.

Manage government contract administration for a federal training program: track milestones and budgets, prepare contract modifications, coordinate with COR and internal teams, verify deliverables, and provide daily operational oversight for training environments.
