Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to design and run customer interviews, synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback, and create adoption plays that drive engagement, retention, and expansion. Operate as a senior individual contributor, leading initiatives end-to-end and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage full-cycle B2B SaaS sales targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients across North America and Portuguese-speaking markets. Build and qualify pipeline, run consultative discovery and product demos in Portuguese and English, negotiate contracts and pricing with C-level stakeholders, collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success, meet ARR quotas, and mentor junior sellers while providing regional market feedback.

Design and implement automation and CI/CD improvements to streamline the software development lifecycle. Identify bottlenecks in engineering workflows, optimize deployment processes, and enhance code review and release reliability across a multi-service platform. Collaborate with teams to deliver production-ready software and platform enablement initiatives.
