Leads operations for a shopping center, overseeing facility maintenance, building systems, construction, safety, security, vendors, budgets, capital projects, utilities, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. The role manages service contracts, tenant and community relationships, emergency response, risk mitigation, property teams, training, and operational initiatives that improve customer experience, profitability, and asset value. Requires a flexible schedule, including holidays, and up to 15% travel.

Lead local marketing and partnership efforts to drive center traffic, sales, sponsorship and media revenue. Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets, execute national and local programs, cultivate retailer and community relationships, prospect and close sponsorship/media deals, track ROI, support corporate programs, and serve as a key member of the property management team.

Analyze acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and capital investment opportunities through underwriting and financial modeling. Monitor property performance, leasing, tenant sales, and market trends to inform portfolio strategy. Support transactions, due diligence, asset onboarding, reporting, dashboards, and executive materials to drive investment decisions and optimize assets.

Provide litigation and administrative support to senior attorneys: draft pleadings and notices, manage calendaring and deadlines, conduct legal research, organize discovery, correspond with courts and counsel, advise on lease provisions, and perform special projects. Requires contract and real estate law familiarity, PACER/docket experience, confidentiality, strong organization, and at least five years of litigation experience.

The Office Manager oversees daily administrative functions, manages office policies, supports the management team, handles vendor relations, and implements office improvements.

Monitor and analyze security events 24/7, provide timely alerts and incident support, maintain incident documentation, conduct threat assessments and intelligence reporting, collaborate with security and business continuity teams, and participate in drills and system testing to improve CSOC capabilities.

Lead Tanger's tax strategy, compliance, reporting, and risk management to preserve REIT status. Oversee federal, state, international, and JV tax filings; coordinate audits and taxing-authority interactions; advise on acquisitions, dispositions, entity structure, and ASC 740/FIN48 reporting; evaluate tax credits and planning opportunities; lead tax research and implement law changes; support financial reporting and incentive compensation; manage and mentor tax staff while collaborating cross-functionally across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Oversee daily operations of the Palm Beach shopping center, managing maintenance, vendors, safety, HVAC, security, budgets, capital projects and preventative maintenance. Improve NOI through cost control, procurement, leasing support, sustainability and energy programs. Ensure regulatory and OSHA compliance, respond to emergencies, train staff, coordinate construction and tenant relations, and represent the property in the community.
