Register food, cosmetics, health, and herbal products with SFDA; manage cosmetic product listings, variations, and renewals; monitor regulatory updates; communicate new requirements to departments and vendors; and maintain accurate regulatory reports.

Responsible for van-based sales and distribution across assigned customer routes. Achieves sales, coverage, distribution, and visibility targets; manages customer pricing, collections, stock accuracy, FEFO replenishment, product returns, and competitor reporting. Maintains refrigerated vehicle conditions, product hygiene, displays, company assets, and handheld device records while completing new customer files and following company policies.

Develops sales forecasts and targets, aligns marketing and promotional plans with suppliers, tracks budgets and market performance, manages product listings and POSM execution, monitors inventory risk and expiry, analyzes brand and customer data, and coordinates sales activities, reporting, and market visits.

Supervises sales teams across pharmacy brands and channels, ensuring product visibility, availability, merchandising, pricing, promotional execution, and achievement of sales targets. Cascades targets by customer, brand, and SKU, monitors daily performance, manages collections and stock availability, controls expiries, damages, and aging inventory, and prepares monthly closeout reports with performance analysis.

Visits assigned pharmacy outlets daily to execute distribution, shelving, pricing, displays, and SKU availability standards. Achieves sales and collection targets by customer and product line, opens and finalizes customer accounts, monitors trade contracts, reports competitor activities, and tracks stock expiries and damages.

Leads tax compliance and reporting, including Zakat, VAT, WHT, transfer pricing, and ZATCA audits. Prepares returns, manages assessments and local content audit documentation, coordinates with authorities and auditors, and ensures accurate tax accounting, provisions, reconciliations, and financial statement impacts. Supports month-end and year-end close activities while monitoring KSA tax regulations, IFRS, and IAS requirements in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Supports organizational development and learning initiatives, including annual training needs analysis, training plan communication, scholarship record maintenance, developmental and feedback assessments, and recurring human capital reporting. Collaborates with employees, managers, and the internal academy while performing additional assignments as needed.

Performs quality control analysis of pharmaceutical raw materials, finished products, and stability-study samples at a manufacturing plant. Ensures compliance with GMP, GLP, approved quality procedures, and pharmacopeial standards. Responsibilities include preparing reports, recording analytical results, monitoring stability chambers, calibrating balances and pH meters, managing retained samples, and controlling chemical and solvent inventory.

Supervise pharmaceutical warehouse quality operations, serving as Qualified Person and SFDA contact. Ensure compliance with quality procedures, Good Distribution Practice, safety, temperature and humidity controls, labeling, co-packing, inbound and outbound processes. Manage complaints, deviations, root-cause investigations, CAPA plans, recalls, inspections, vendor quality agreements, and regulatory documentation. Support policy updates and employee training.

Develops and manages trade marketing plans, promotional calendars, channel investments, budgets, and performance reporting. Collaborates with sales, suppliers, retail partners, and cross-functional teams to improve product visibility, revenue growth, and promotional execution. Analyzes market trends, portfolio performance, and productivity indicators to identify opportunities and guide strategy while maintaining brand consistency.

Manages a sales team and drives achievement of targets across customers, brands, channels, and SKUs. Responsibilities include cascading daily targets, monitoring sales performance, ensuring product visibility and availability, implementing promotions, managing collections and aging, controlling expiries and damaged stock, and communicating monthly performance reports with analysis.

Supervise the modern trade sales team and drive sales fundamentals across distribution, shelving, displays, pricing, visibility, and availability. Cascade and monitor targets by customer, brand, and SKU; ensure promotional execution and stock availability; achieve sales and collection targets; manage aging, expiries, and damaged inventory; and provide monthly performance reports with analysis.

Conducts chemical and physical analysis of pharmaceutical materials and products, develops and validates analytical methods, operates HPLC and UPLC instruments, and ensures compliance with ICH, pharmacopeial, GMP, safety, and data integrity standards. Responsibilities include instrument calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, analytical documentation, data review, and collaboration with cross-functional R&D teams supporting new product development.

Conducts quality control analyses of finished products, raw materials, and stability studies at a pharmaceutical plant. Ensures compliance with GMP and GLP, performs daily and periodic testing, prepares reports, records analytical results, monitors stability chambers, calibrates balances and pH meters, manages retained samples, and controls chemical and solvent inventory.
