Serve as the primary IT relationship owner for Exploration, translate exploration priorities into a value-based technology roadmap, drive intake through delivery and benefits realization, triage Exploration-facing IT incidents, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure alignment with cybersecurity and data governance, and guide adoption of analytics and Copilot/Power BI solutions to improve exploration workflows and outcomes.

Manages project schedules, compiles monthly and annual CapEx forecasts, ensures data accuracy across PHDWin, supports AFE accruals, produces executive/Board reporting, and develops Spotfire dashboards while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead internal communications to align employees with strategy. Develop communications plans, content, calendars, and change-management materials. Partner with IT, HR, HSE, Operations and leadership; manage town halls, newsletters, engagement campaigns, and community/charitable communications while monitoring engagement metrics.

Lead enterprise infrastructure and service delivery teams for global networks, data centers, cloud services, and service desk. Own operations, budgets, vendor relationships, ITSM governance, CAB decisions, and drive continual improvement, security, and strategic roadmaps across onshore and offshore assets.

Support company's joint interest billing accounting functions, prepare entries, account reconciliations, prepare reports, assist with inquiries, and maintain effective relationships.

Senior exploration geoscientist integrating seismic and well data to generate regional and prospect maps, identify and mature leads, apply quantitative interpretation (AVO/rock physics/QI), recommend exploration areas, support M&A and joint-venture evaluations, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to advance deepwater exploration opportunities.

Manage Talos Energy's tax compliance across federal, state, local, indirect, property and franchise taxes. Oversee filings, maintain compliance calendar, prepare supporting workpapers, coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers, respond to audits and notices, support tax provision and SOX controls, monitor tax law changes, and coach tax staff.
