Supports enterprise risk management, corporate insurance, surety programs, renewals, claims, reporting, due diligence, and risk governance. Partners with brokers, insurers, underwriters, Treasury, Legal, Finance, and business units. Maintains policy, claims, bond, and collateral records; analyzes premiums, losses, deductibles, and financial requirements; and assists with budgeting, forecasting, strategic projects, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Leads enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategic analysis, capital allocation, risk management, and performance reporting. Partners with executive leadership and operational teams across offshore oil and gas assets to evaluate projects, manage KPIs, support liquidity and covenant planning, improve financial systems, and drive cost discipline and capital efficiency.

Supervises joint interest billing accounting for operated and non-operated activities, including invoice review, accruals, journal entries, accounts receivable collections, cash applications, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Leads and develops the JIB team, ensures compliance with agreements, COPAS guidelines, accounting standards, and internal controls, coordinates with AP, Treasury, and Land Administration, and supports audits and special projects.

Support company's joint interest billing accounting functions, prepare entries, account reconciliations, prepare reports, assist with inquiries, and maintain effective relationships.
