Supervises joint interest billing accounting for operated and non-operated activities, including invoice review, accruals, journal entries, accounts receivable collections, cash applications, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Leads and develops the JIB team, ensures compliance with agreements, COPAS guidelines, accounting standards, and internal controls, coordinates with AP, Treasury, and Land Administration, and supports audits and special projects.

Leads deepwater reservoir characterization, 3D static and dynamic modeling, uncertainty analysis, well planning, drilling oversight, and operational geology support. Integrates seismic, petrophysical, core, geological, and engineering data to optimize well placement, field development, recovery, and production performance. Requires extensive Gulf of America experience, advanced geoscience expertise, and mentorship of junior staff.

Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data center, networks, endpoints and service desk teams. Own ITSM-driven incident/request/problem management, asset lifecycle, vendor and budget management, change governance, performance metrics and service improvements. Drive secure, resilient operations across corporate and offshore assets, coach managers, and advance DevOps, automation and IT service integration.

Manage onshore and offshore land and commercial activities: administer leases and contracts, research oil and gas agreements, collaborate with exploration/development/operations, support asset teams, manage mineral and surface owner relationships, and maintain external relationships. Assist with site clearance, abandonment, restoration, and financial assurance.

Support company's joint interest billing accounting functions, prepare entries, account reconciliations, prepare reports, assist with inquiries, and maintain effective relationships.

Manage Talos Energy's tax compliance across federal, state, local, indirect, property and franchise taxes. Oversee filings, maintain compliance calendar, prepare supporting workpapers, coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers, respond to audits and notices, support tax provision and SOX controls, monitor tax law changes, and coach tax staff.

Lead deepwater land and commercial activities: research, draft, negotiate, and administer offshore oil and gas agreements; perform due diligence for M&A; support asset teams and cross-functional stakeholders; maintain external relationships and use industry databases to optimize exploration and development.

Prepare and analyze federal and state income tax provisions, maintain tax records, support SOX controls and tax compliance, prepare tax payments and reconciliations, perform book-to-tax analyses, assist with indirect and transactional tax matters, conduct tax research, and support audits and special projects.
