Senior exploration geoscientist integrating seismic and well data to generate regional and prospect maps, identify and mature leads, apply quantitative interpretation (AVO/rock physics/QI), recommend exploration areas, support M&A and joint-venture evaluations, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to advance deepwater exploration opportunities.

Manage Talos Energy's tax compliance across federal, state, local, indirect, property and franchise taxes. Oversee filings, maintain compliance calendar, prepare supporting workpapers, coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers, respond to audits and notices, support tax provision and SOX controls, monitor tax law changes, and coach tax staff.

Provide administrative and operational support to the CFO and finance/technology teams, manage calendars, approvals, reporting templates, investor relations logistics, travel and expense processing, coordinate cross-functional finance projects, and support adoption of approved AI tools for FP&A workflows.

Owns and maintains rig schedule and D&C CapEx forecasting, budgeting and planning. Manages project schedules, compiles monthly and annual CapEx forecasts, ensures data accuracy across PHDWin, supports AFE accruals, produces executive/Board reporting, and develops Spotfire dashboards while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
