Monitor and analyze well and field production; support optimization and forecasting; oversee wellwork projects and AFEs; perform nodal, network, and material-balance analyses; manage OFM databases and report performance; collaborate with partners and support HSE.

Serve as the primary IT relationship owner for Exploration, translate exploration priorities into a value-based technology roadmap, drive intake through delivery and benefits realization, triage Exploration-facing IT incidents, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure alignment with cybersecurity and data governance, and guide adoption of analytics and Copilot/Power BI solutions to improve exploration workflows and outcomes.

Owns and maintains rig schedule and D&C CapEx forecasting, budgeting and planning. Manages project schedules, compiles monthly and annual CapEx forecasts, ensures data accuracy across PHDWin, supports AFE accruals, produces executive/Board reporting, and develops Spotfire dashboards while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
