Hands-on TechOps Engineer responsible for improving production reliability through automation, AI-driven operational tooling, incident workflow optimization, observability, runbooks, database maintenance, and deployment support. The role partners with SRE and engineering teams in a SaaS/cloud environment, using Linux, scripting, monitoring, Kubernetes, GCP, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD tools to reduce toil and improve operational workflows.

Create and maintain end-user and developer documentation, API references, integration guides, and in-product UX copy. Own documentation architecture, roadmaps, and backlogs while tracking feedback and performance metrics. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex software concepts into clear guidance. The role requires technical writing experience, API literacy, docs-as-code knowledge, and familiarity with documentation and design tools. The position is based in Berlin.

Own the Gamification product domain within Talon.One’s Campaign Manager platform and APIs. Conduct customer and market discovery, define product direction and feature specifications, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, build stakeholder relationships, and track gamification metrics. The role requires strong B2B SaaS and API knowledge, Agile experience, independent decision-making, and familiarity with AI tools.
