Provide front-line enrollment and student financial services support via phone, email, text, live chat and ticketing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, enter and manage records in Workday, assist with applications, registration, appointments and technical issues, resolve problems, de-escalate upset callers, and train or oversee junior staff when needed.

Provide consultation to sub-recipients, conduct onsite/offsite monitoring, review reimbursements for regulatory compliance, maintain program records, represent FDOT in task forces, and support data-driven program planning and reporting.
