Provides career development and transition-skills instruction to eligible incarcerated participants, including assessment administration, curriculum delivery, documentation, attendance reporting, and release-planning support. Connects participants with community providers and employers and assists with hiring events, mock interviews, job searches, and employment-readiness portfolio development. Requires an associate degree or high school diploma with relevant workforce development, social services, or corrections experience, plus Microsoft Office and data-entry proficiency.
