Coordinates delinquency prevention services across the Northwest region, educating stakeholders, facilitating youth and community events, maintaining community partnerships, and monitoring contracted providers. Conducts site visits, provides technical assistance and training, addresses deficiencies and incidents, evaluates outcome data, prepares reports, and maintains property inventories. The role requires extensive travel, flexible evening and weekend work, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Provide in-cell and face-to-face career development services for incarcerated participants, deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program, administer assessments, document services, report attendance and completions, support pre-release employer connections and hiring events, and assist Pre-Release Employment Navigators with job readiness activities.

Provide Compass 100 Hybrid and in-cell instruction for eligible inmates, administer and interpret assessments, deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program, document services, report attendance and completions (DC5-149), support pre-release employer connections and assist Pre-Release Employment Navigators with hiring events, mock interviews, job search, and readiness portfolio development.
