Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality SaaS software. Execute full software development lifecycle, integrate components, create verification and QA plans, and maintain software per standards and project plans.

Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across channels; organize promotional events and exhibitions; conduct market research and customer surveys; write marketing copy; manage media/vendor relationships; monitor campaign metrics and reporting; collaborate on budgets and expense tracking to grow brand awareness and sales.

Partner with clients to drive successful digital expansion by advising on online selling, marketing, operations, and logistics. Guide customers through their journey, recommend best practices, and coordinate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure client success and adoption.

Provide bilingual (Arabic/English) remote customer support via email, chat, and calls; create and update support/FAQ content; run demos; troubleshoot unique customer issues; and collect feedback to inform product development.

Lead accounting and reporting functions including monthly/quarterly/annual close, internal controls, audits, VAT/Zakat and tax coordination, budgeting, cash monitoring, AP/AR, payroll processing, reconciliations, and building accounting systems and processes while working closely with the CEO.
