Manage the dealership’s automotive finance and insurance process, including customer financing, leasing, F&I product sales, lender relationships, deal profitability, compliance, documentation, and performance reporting. Collaborate with sales staff, provide finance-process training, and achieve department KPIs for per-vehicle revenue, product penetration, and customer satisfaction.

Sell new and preowned vehicles by generating leads, assisting customers, conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and pricing, negotiating financing, and closing deals. The representative will track leads using software, stay informed on market trends, provide excellent customer service, meet monthly sales targets, and maintain an organized showroom.

Manage new and used vehicle internet leads, communicate with customers across phone, text, email, and chat, schedule appointments, support the buying process, follow up consistently, maintain CRM records, and meet daily appointment and sales goals.
