What You'll Do- Manage and respond to new and used vehicle internet leads.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and online chat.
- Schedule appointments and help customers through the buying process.
- Follow up with leads to maximize appointments and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and meet daily follow-up goals.
- Automotive dealership experience is required.
- Previous internet sales, BDC, or automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated with excellent follow-up habits.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality.
