Designs, builds, tests, implements, and maintains large-scale DoD network solutions. Provides Tier III support, configures routers, switches, firewalls, voice gateways, and unified communications systems, and manages secure encryption technologies. Develops test plans, implementation plans, reports, and configuration documentation; performs troubleshooting, incident response, security assessments, patching, and infrastructure restoration. Supports interoperability, automation, configuration control, and staff supervision for DISA network initiatives.

Designs, builds, tests, implements, and maintains large-scale DoD network solutions. Provides Tier III support, configures routers, switches, firewalls, voice gateways, and encryption devices, develops test and implementation documentation, supports interoperability, applies patches, responds to incidents, restores services, and evaluates network security architectures and countermeasures.

Provide senior technical expertise for DISA network projects, including systems analysis, circuit and traffic analysis, solution planning, network design packages, telecommunications service orders, implementation requests, bills of materials, testing, interoperability support, and technical recommendations. Coordinate schedules with project management, support multiple DISN technologies and platforms, provide tiered technical support, and guide other personnel.

Supports Navy C4I and PNT systems training development and lifecycle logistics activities. Develops and maintains training plans, lesson plans, instructor guides, training media, and ILE/IMI courseware. Participates in task analysis and training requirement reviews, coordinates validation with Fleet Learning Centers and government representatives, updates materials for system changes, tracks deliverables, and supports readiness reports, POA&Ms, and program meetings. Requires DoD training development experience, strong technical writing and coordination skills, and a Secret clearance.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for government contract cost, schedule, and performance tracking. Integrate financial, schedule, and contract data into secure automated pipelines and centralized data models. Build KPI visualizations with role-based access and drill-down capabilities, validate data accuracy, conduct user acceptance testing, document procedures, and train government users.

Design, integrate, and test protected AEHF/EHF SATCOM terminals across hardware, software, RF, and mechanical domains. Translate government requirements into subsystem specs, ensure requirements traceability, coordinate cross-discipline teams, support design reviews, integrate TRANSEC/cryptography, address platform integration constraints, execute system-level test and qualification, investigate anomalies, and support program risk tracking and government briefings.

Provide program management and engineering support to NAVWAR/NIWC Pacific including planning, execution, documentation, QA/QC of ISP/OSP installations, reviewing engineering drawings and reports, developing SOPs and program plans, supporting peer design reviews, and maintaining risk, configuration, schedule, and financial artifacts.
