Provides technical oversight for CANES and distributed systems throughout DDG 51 ship construction, installation, integration, testing, sea trials, delivery, and post-delivery activities. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, reviews technical and test documentation, tracks discrepancies, coordinates Government-furnished equipment and data migration, and supports shipyard, government, test team, and ship personnel. The role is on-site in Bath, Maine, with no telework or travel required.

Administers, tests, implements, secures, and maintains enterprise databases supporting Navy modernization planning. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a Secret security clearance.

Performs administrative support for a Navy Program Office, including calendar and visitor management, records filing, DTS travel orders, Microsoft Office reporting, timekeeping support, meeting preparation, facilities requests, muster tracking, hoteling-space administration, and classified-space visitor credential verification. The role is fully onsite, requires Secret clearance, and does not require travel.

Supports a U.S. Navy program office by developing, tracking, and maintaining acquisition documentation, test plans, readiness briefings, and acquisition reports. Monitors cost and schedule thresholds, assesses regulatory and policy impacts, identifies program risks, manages acquisition resources, and maintains acquisition metrics. Requires seven years of acquisition-process experience, a bachelor’s degree, and Secret clearance.

Provides network administration support for NIWC Pacific and the U.S. Pacific Fleet. Designs, installs, operates, and maintains networks; supports virtual environments; manages network enhancements and technology installations; trains IT personnel; oversees IT task completion; coordinates vendors and procurement; and supports cybersecurity compliance requirements. On-call and emergency work are required, but travel is not.

Designs, builds, tests, implements, and maintains large-scale DoD network solutions. Provides Tier III support, configures routers, switches, firewalls, voice gateways, and unified communications systems, and manages secure encryption technologies. Requires DoD training development experience, strong technical writing and coordination skills, and a Secret clearance.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for government contract cost, schedule, and performance tracking. Integrate financial, schedule, and contract data into secure automated pipelines and centralized data models. Build KPI visualizations with role-based access and drill-down capabilities, validate data accuracy, conduct user acceptance testing, document procedures, and train government users.

Design, integrate, and test protected AEHF/EHF SATCOM terminals across hardware, software, RF, and mechanical domains. Translate government requirements into subsystem specs, ensure requirements traceability, coordinate cross-discipline teams, support design reviews, integrate TRANSEC/cryptography, address platform integration constraints, execute system-level test and qualification, investigate anomalies, and support program risk tracking and government briefings.
