Provides technical oversight for CANES and distributed systems throughout DDG 51 ship construction, installation, integration, testing, sea trials, delivery, and post-delivery activities. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, reviews technical and test documentation, tracks discrepancies, coordinates Government-furnished equipment and data migration, and supports shipyard, government, test team, and ship personnel. The role is on-site in Bath, Maine, with no telework or travel required.

Administers, tests, implements, secures, and maintains enterprise databases supporting Navy modernization planning. Provides troubleshooting, database updates, data validation, system integration, baseline accuracy, and technical input for program reviews and working groups. Supports SPIDER, RIPTIDE, NM.net, and related modernization systems while applying DoD and DoN acquisition best practices.

Leads major Navy modernization programs, coordinating government and engineering stakeholders, defining technical requirements, managing acquisition milestones, maintaining capability baselines, and controlling schedules, budgets, costs, resources, and technical deliverables.
