The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for making high volumes of outbound calls, qualifying prospects, closing new accounts, and managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Enter and manage shipment orders in the company's transportation management system, verify customer data, obtain and reschedule pickup/delivery appointments, update sales and dispatch teams, meet productivity goals, and support routing/dispatch and customer service tasks in a high-volume office environment.

The Learning and Development Manager oversees training strategies, programs, and staff to enhance workforce capabilities and align training with organizational goals, fostering ongoing improvement and employee engagement.

Coordinate carrier dispatch and shipment tracking using the TMS; communicate status with carriers, shippers and internal sales reps; validate load data and document communications; proactively identify and resolve logistics issues; follow procedures and support team operations across assigned shifts.

The Quick Pay Auditor processes carrier invoices, audits for accuracy, communicates with carriers and operations, and bills customers using audited documentation.
