Manage full-cycle recruiting for a transportation-brokerage firm: partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, screen and interview, coordinate hiring and onboarding, negotiate offers, maintain compliance, and strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines.

Coordinate carrier dispatch and track shipments using the TMS; communicate status with carriers, customers, and sales teams; validate load data, resolve discrepancies, document communications, and proactively solve logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Perform freight pricing analysis, forecasting, and reporting to optimize cost and service. Build PowerBI dashboards, support Spotbot and TMS, research competitor pricing, rate scenarios, and communicate pricing decisions to sales and customers.

Lead regional sales for outsourced/managed transportation services across the Midwest. Build and maintain customer relationships, generate and close new business, quote lanes, cold call prospects, conduct sales trips, design presentations, analyze sales data, and coordinate closely with operations and the VP of Business Development.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for making high volumes of outbound calls, qualifying prospects, closing new accounts, and managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
