The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for making high volumes of outbound calls, qualifying prospects, closing new accounts, and managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Enter and manage shipment orders in the company's transportation management system, verify customer data, obtain and reschedule pickup/delivery appointments, update sales and dispatch teams, meet productivity goals, and support routing/dispatch and customer service tasks in a high-volume office environment.
