The role collaborates with engineering and customer success teams on onboarding and implementation, achieves revenue targets, and requires extensive territory travel.

Generate and nurture sales opportunities with manufacturing companies, pitching AI-powered inspection solutions to senior plant and quality leaders. Conduct lab, plant, and production-line demonstrations, assess application feasibility, support solutioning, maintain CRM hygiene, and coordinate qualified opportunities with account executives. Source leads through outbound sales, partners, vendors, and industry events. Travel regularly to customer plants and build expertise in computer vision, manufacturing processes, and automation.

Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered inspection projects, including scoping, installation, commissioning, UAT, and handover. Lead Field Application Engineers and Project Managers, manage timelines, budgets, SLAs, resources, vendors, customer escalations, and operational reporting. Partner with Product and Engineering on field feedback and build scalable SOPs, checklists, and delivery systems. The role requires customer-facing leadership, manufacturing-environment knowledge, team development, and travel to customer sites across India.

Manage end-to-end AI-powered manufacturing projects, including planning, tracking, risk management, budgeting, deployment, and completion. Coordinate internal teams, external system integrators, resources, and stakeholders. Provide status updates, resolve product and network issues, and conduct customer visits for project sign-off and handover. The role requires experience with machine vision quality inspection systems, factory lines, SPMs, and automation workflows.
