Own European market entry and revenue growth for an industrial inspection platform, initially targeting DACH automotive and CPG manufacturers. Build the regional ICP, pipeline, outbound motion, channel partnerships, and sales playbook from scratch. Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and technical discovery through feasibility trials, solutioning, negotiation, and closure. Manage executive and plant-level stakeholders, convert pilots into rollouts, maintain CRM and forecast accuracy, and provide market feedback while helping shape the future European team.
