Build and operate a modern DevOps platform, developing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud operations. Own infrastructure and service lifecycles from design through production, while improving reliability, security, and observability. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and other modules. Lead requirements gathering, solution and architecture design, run workshops, coordinate with development and operations, and support rapid project onboarding and delivery using automation and AI capabilities.

Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions: authentication and authorization, SSO/MFA, role and entitlement management, provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and integrations with cloud and on‑prem systems.

Develop and enhance automation for a VMware-based IaaS platform using Ansible and Python. Implement IaC and configuration management, improve reliability via monitoring and automation, analyze operational workflows, and collaborate with DevOps colleagues to optimize platform scalability and efficiency.

Design and implement operational models and service-management solutions for major clients using Swisscom best practices. Lead offer-phase design, develop complex operational solutions, present concepts to clients and management, liaise between sales, solution architects, and operations, and occasionally implement solutions in service management projects.
