Manage promotional activities end to end, including creation, configuration, testing, optimization, delivery, and cross-functional coordination. The role partners with Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, and QA teams, improves the promotion creation tool, supports ad hoc initiatives, and translates business needs into effective promotional solutions. It requires initiative, analytical thinking, strong communication, project or product management experience, and comfort working in an agile, technology-driven environment.

Lead wireless and wireline products through their full lifecycle, from specification and prioritization to delivery and continuous improvement. Translate customer needs into digital solutions, manage Agile technical projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Drive AI initiatives, explore machine-learning opportunities, oversee regulatory adaptations and promotions, and support Wingo’s digital transformation and customer-experience goals.

Operate and optimize Oracle databases for business-critical customer systems. Standardize and automate platforms and operational processes using Ansible, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Oracle technologies across AIX, Solaris, Linux/Unix, Exadata Cloud@Customer, and OCI environments. Collaborate in agile teams, improve platforms continuously, and automate manual operations. Oracle administration and enterprise Ansible experience are mandatory; Exadata, OCI, SQL/PLSQL, RMAN, and Data Guard experience is advantageous.
