Build and operate a modern DevOps platform, developing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud operations. Own infrastructure and service lifecycles from design through production, while improving reliability, security, and observability. Collaborate with international and internal teams to deliver secure, dependable solutions. The role requires strong AWS, Kubernetes, Python, infrastructure-as-code, cloud operations, and automation experience, along with effective communication and ownership.

Operate, monitor, and develop OT security services using Claroty or Nozomi. Detect and investigate OT threats, co-design new OT security offerings, handle customer inquiries, support service portfolios, and implement change management. Work includes routing/switching, agile methods, and occasional on-call duties.

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and other modules. Lead requirements gathering, solution and architecture design, run workshops, coordinate with development and operations, and support rapid project onboarding and delivery using automation and AI capabilities.
