Lead the AMOSeTL and AVIATAR electronic technical logbook products, integrating two product teams into one high-performing organization. Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, go-to-market, commercial outcomes, customer value, and global scaling. Lead complex airline go-lives, manage escalations, monitor regulatory and market developments, and balance safety, quality, innovation, and delivery speed. Build strong customer, sales, marketing, implementation, and partner relationships while developing an empathetic, entrepreneurial product culture.

Provide first- and second-level support to airline customers using the AMOS online support tool. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer cases, communicating by phone and email, collaborating across departments, explaining solutions, identifying root causes, and following up on cases. The role requires aviation maintenance knowledge, AMOS expertise, fluent English and Spanish, strong troubleshooting skills, and authorization to work in Mexico.

Own and grow assigned aviation software customer accounts across strategic planning, operational support, customer health, relationship management, and commercial expansion. Serve as the primary customer interface, coordinate with product, development, and customer service teams, manage escalations, communicate product updates, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain account plans, customer records, pipelines, and engagement programs while supporting long-term customer satisfaction and value creation.

Provide AMOS financial configuration and process analysis across general ledger, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, inventory valuation, cost control, budgeting and reporting. Identify process and digital improvements, enable customers on AMOS adoption, and support commercial topics like contracts, pricing and 3rd-party quotations.

Develop and maintain the AMOS full-stack application: implement backend (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and front-end (Java/Swing, Dart/Flutter) features, build core frameworks, maintain CI pipelines, work in agile cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, write automated tests, and collaborate with customers to gather requirements.

Lead and evolve end-to-end release management for AMOS, web, mobile and integrated solutions. Define release strategy, governance, and policies; plan and coordinate releases, manage risks and dependencies; run release events, communications, dashboards, and tooling/automation to ensure high-quality, predictable deliveries.
