Provide AMOS financial configuration and process analysis across general ledger, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, inventory valuation, cost control, budgeting and reporting. Identify process and digital improvements, enable customers on AMOS adoption, and support commercial topics like contracts, pricing and 3rd-party quotations.

Lead and manage the end-to-end enterprise software sales cycle, coordinate and lead tender/RFP responses, prepare commercial offers and contracts, maintain CRM data, drive upsell/cross-sell, build customer relationships, represent the company at meetings and industry events, and support marketing activities for business development.

Develop and maintain the AMOS full-stack application: implement backend (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and front-end (Java/Swing, Dart/Flutter) features, build core frameworks, maintain CI pipelines, work in agile cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, write automated tests, and collaborate with customers to gather requirements.

Lead and evolve end-to-end release management for AMOS, web, mobile and integrated solutions. Define release strategy, governance, and policies; plan and coordinate releases, manage risks and dependencies; run release events, communications, dashboards, and tooling/automation to ensure high-quality, predictable deliveries.
